Do I have a case?
There are two main elements to any injury case – (1) liability; and (2) damages. First, is someone else responsible for your injury. This is a rather easy question to answer. Did someone cause your injuries, for example, rear-end collision, trip and fall due to a raised portion of sidewalk on a City street. Next, do you have damages? If you can answer yes to any of the following questions, you probably have a valid claim and need the assistance of an accident lawyer:
Are you experiencing pain?
Have you seen a medical provider?
Do you need medical treatment?
I’ve been in an auto accident, what can I recover?
In California, it is your right to be reimbursed for all of the following; past medical bills; any and all damage to property; lost earnings/wages; future medical treatment; future loss of earnings/wages; pain and suffering due to your injuries; and loss of enjoyment of life; possibly punitive damages. There is other compensation you may be entitled to recover based on your specific situation. Please contact our law offices, or fill out our free case evaluation form, and we will provide a free damages evaluation.
The insurance company wants me to give a recorded statement. Should I speak with the insurance company?
The short answer, no, no, and not without speaking to our attorneys and learning your rights. The insurance company has one interest-their own. The insurance company agent’s goal is to pay you the least money, or no money if possible. They take your good nature and use it against you later in the claim process. Before speaking to the insurance company, please speak with an accident lawyer, whether it is our law offices or not.
The insurance company wants me to settle quickly without seeing my medical provider. Should I settle my claim?
There is nothing more important than your health and well being. If the insurance company is demanding you settle your claim or else they will revoke the offer, they are not looking out for your best interests. After an accident, you should see your medical provider. Get checked out and make sure you are okay.
How do I pay your law offices attorneys’ fees?
At our law offices, you pay absolutely nothing unless and until we get you a recovery. Moreover, we offer an absolutely free case evaluation for every case, including an in person meeting with no time restrictions. Should we take your case, you can rest assured the Law Offices of Robert J. Pecora believe in the strength of your claim and we look forward to representing you in the matter.
What is the California lemon law?
The California lemon law, also known as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, was enacted to help consumers with defective products, most often new and used car lemons.
Has your vehicle been: (1) in the repair facility three or more times; and/or (2) out of service for repair thirty or more days? If so, you may be entitled to a California lemon law buy-back or a replacement vehicle. Please visit our separate legal division, the LEMON LAW LEGAL GROUP, for more information.

These guys are awesome! They are super helpful and friendly. And it’s obvious that they have tremendous expertise and experience in lemon law. I was seriously disappointed with a purchase that I had made and they took on my case, helped explain my rights, and literally saved the day! Thanks so much!

The best lawyer you can ever get Brian K Cline, he gets the job done! Couldn’t ask for a better Law Firm.
Brian Cline is an exceptional attorney and extremely dedicated to his clients. His passion for helping people is clearly the driving force behind his strong work ethic. I would highly recommend the Lemon Law Legal Group, the consumer protection division of the Law Office of Robert J. Pecora, and have seen the amazing results Brian has achieved first hand!
Trustworthy, experienced, aggressive. When you are looking for an attorney to represent you and your interests those are the qualities you are looking for in your representation. I have personally known Brian Cline for 25 years and if my family needed an attorney in this area of law I would send them to him. As an attorney myself, when I make a referral, that attorney’s character and ability reflects back on mine. As expected, I have had excellent feedback from the clientele that I have referred to Mr. Cline and his firm. If you are looking for someone to represent you in the world of lemon law, you are not going to find another attorney with the combination of knowledge, ability and character, and by choosing him you take all of the external risk out of your case.
After two years of fighting with the dealer and manufacturer, we were one of the few cases that ever ends up in court. Brian did an excellent job of assuring us we had a solid case. I’m so glad that we had him to represent us! Not only was our car bought back, the jury also awarded a civil penalty based on the poor actions on the part of the manufacturer and their legal representation. I highly recommend Brian for any lemon law/buyback case.
Brian Cline is an exceptionally hardworking and dedicated attorney and his commitment to his clients is outstanding.
